Great Ponton Archer Endowed is a Church of England Primary School for boys and girls between the ages of four and eleven years,
serving Little Ponton, Woodnook, Easton, Stoke Rochford and the surrounding areas. We currently have 43 children on roll and the
staffing comprises of the Headteacher, plus an assistant teacher working full time and an assistant teacher working part time.

The Headmistress
A warm welcome to the Great Ponton Village School. We hope that all our children will be happy and successful during their time with us. The school brochure sets out to describe the school's philosophy, organisational structure and educational aims which are designed to produce an atmosphere in which children can grow physically, intellectually and spiritually. (a copy can be obtained from the address below). We believe that children learn best when they are happy, confident and well motivated. These attitudes are developed most effectively within a well-ordered society where each child is respected and valued and where each child respects both peers and adults.
